About Nona Tobin

As a long-time resident, I am committed to advocating for our community's interests and ensuring a peaceful living environment for everyone.

In 2014, I experienced firsthand the devastating consequences of opaque management when our former managing agent secretly sold my inherited property without notice, selling it for a fraction of its market value.

My experience, including my unjust removal from the Board in 2017, has only strengthened my resolve to be your advocate and challenge any actions that compromise our community's interests or disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of our homes. I love Sun City Anthem, and with your support, I'll work tirelessly to make it an even better place to call home.
