• Protect owners from unnecessary assessment increases caused by defaulting to using paid staff and contractors instead of

  volunteers

• Ensure meaningful resident participation in community decisions

• No unlawful delegation of the Board's authority over the budget,

  collections, or enforcement

• Equitable dispute resolution without attorneys

Community Fitness

• Implement free unlimited group exercise classes

• Establish a SilverSneakers partnership to fund exercise class instructors

• Prioritize group exercise classes more than individual personal training

• Charter a fitness committee to expand classes to include focus on injury prevention in sports like hiking, pickleball, and golf

Transparency

• No unnecessary closed Board meetings, as improper private meetings undermine homeowner rights and community trust

• AIl HOA documents and updates must be available to owners per

  bylaws
